Get Qualified with Bluebird Wellness

1.    Schedule a consultation with one of the Missouri licensed physicians via email at admin@bluebirdmmj.com or phone at 816-944-3654.

2.     Once all forms are completed and submitted, Bluebird will assist you in applying for your medical marijuana patient card through the Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services.

Do you believe you qualify for an increased limit? Bluebird can help! Increased limits can be approved for Missouri patients that have been approved by 2 Missouri licensed physicians. The good news is that our partner at Bluebird KC Wellness Center does have the ability to provide this recommendation for qualifying patients. The process of approval for more than 4oz is evaluated on a case by case basis and may require additional medical records and conversations with the certifying physicians. Wondering if you qualify?
