Convenient Ways to Shop
We understand that each person has a different comfort level when it comes to researching and purchasing marijuana. We want to make sure the process is as easy and as personal as possible, which is why we offer convenient online ordering, in-person consultations, home delivery and drive-thru pickup.
Please note: a medical marijuana patient card as well as a government-issued photo ID showing you are 18+ OR a government issued photo ID showing you are 21+ are required to shop online or in person.
DELIVERY SERVICE IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK FROM 11AM - 6PM.
1 Place Your Order, Choose Pickup.
Place your order online and select Pickup. Follow the checkout prompts and choose your pickup time.
2 Request a Compassionate Care Discount.
If you are a medical marijuana patient that qualifies for and wants to take advantage of one of our Compassionate Care Discounts, please write which discounts you would like to receive in the pickup instructions. Your first time in, please bring verifying documents and we will apply the discount at check out. After that, it will be noted in your account and automatically applied at the time of check out. If you need to verify your discount, please send verification documents to info@riversidewellnesskc.com.
3 If You are a Medical Patient, Enter Your Information.
Enter your patient card information.
5 Select Payment Option.
You can pre-pay with DutchiePay or pay at pickup with cash.
DutchiePay is a convenient and compliant bank-to-bank payment service, similar to Venmo or PayPal. You can safely and securely connect your account at checkout by following the instructions on the screen to set up your account and make your final payment online.
6 Order Confirmation & Text Updates.
Review your order and confirm your pickup reservation. Then we'll text you to let you know when your order has been received and keep you up to date as your order is processed and when it's ready for pickup.
7 Pick Up Your Order.
For pick up bring your patient ID and government issued photo ID or a government issued photo ID showing you are 21+ from any state. Drive around the back of Riverside Wellness to our delivery window to pay (if you haven’t prepaid) and pick up your products.

1 Once Your Cart is Ready, Choose Delivery.
Choose which items you would like from our online menu and select Delivery at checkout. Enter your address to make sure you’re in our current delivery area. Then follow the checkout prompts.
2 Select a delivery time.
Fill out the information and choose a time when you will be home to receive the order.
3 Request a Compassionate Care Discount.
If you are a medical patient that qualifies for one of our Compassionate Care Discounts, please write which discounts you would like to receive in the pickup instructions. When we arrive on your first delivery, please provide verifying documents and we will apply the discount. After that, it will be noted in your account — simply ask your Cannabis Care Associate to apply your discount in your order notes. If you need to verify your discount, please send verification documents to info@riversidewellnesskc.com.
4 Agree to All Terms of Service.
Review the terms of service and add any other comments or questions for our team in the special instructions section.
5 Enter Your Information.
Enter your delivery details & patient card information if you are a medical patient.
6 Choose Your Payment Type.
You can prepay for your order directly through our website using DutchiePay— a convenient and compliant bank-to-bank payment service similar to Venmo or PayPal, or place your order and pay using a debit card when you receive your delivery. Unfortunately, due to federal banking rules, not all banks will accept Dutchie Pay. If you are having issues processing payments using Dutchie Pay, we recommend using debit. Credit Card & Cash Payments are not accepted at this time.
7 Order Confirmation & Text Updates.
Review your order and confirm your delivery reservation. Then we'll text you to let you know when your order has been received and when we are on the way.
8 Receive Your Delivery.
When your order arrives, your delivery driver will call you to let you know they have arrived. You will need to go out to the delivery car to grab your order, unless you have made arrangements with our dispatch team ahead of time. If you would like to request an exception, please note it when placing the order or give us a call at (816) 321-2010 and leave us a message. Don’t worry — our cars and packages are discreet, so your privacy is protected. Sign the compliance paperwork and receive your order.
